Man

is an amalgam,

both socially and biologically.

I examine its anatomy, history, iconography,

and religion so that I might exhume and analyze its essence.

Distilling these observations, I form human and beast in symbolic contexts to

materialize the horror and ecstasy of being—unearthing affinities between past and present.
